This means Mark knows a lot about money and wants to help people too. He is in charge of all the Trustees.

Mark had thirty successful years in senior financial services roles. However, by 2007 when he was a finance director of a UK retail bank, he realised that he wanted more from life and started to build a portfolio career in the third sector.
“I need to make a difference and every morning I jump out of bed with a huge smile on my face! As my AFK's Chair I am determined to help as many young disabled people as possible into work.
I'm also the Chairman of Trent and Dove Housing where we work to increase housing stock and provide housing services that improve the well-being of our current and future tenants.
As the Finance Director of the Fairbanking Foundation I’m on a mission to improve the financial well-being of the people who live in the UK.
In my spare time I like to visit historical sites across the globe, sampling local food, wine and culture as I travel along. I also love singing, listening to music, watching football and being an Ambassador for Girlguiding UK.”
Mark is married to Sarah and has a daughter (Katy) in her third year at University.
