Young people that are in full-time education and have special educational needs/disabilities (SEND) can benefit from learning employability and work related skills in a real working environment.

They will have the chance to gain confidence during work experience at our busy offices in North London.

Young people will also have the opportunity to learn key skills that could help them get a job in the future – for example – the ability to communicate with colleagues, solve problems, make decisions and to work as part of a team.

A student learns office skills on our Education and training programme.

Our specialist SEND tutors provide bespoke training to small groups.

This is often the first step towards gaining the skills, confidence and aspiration to find a paid job in the future.
